पोखरा, २१ असोज : हिन्दुहरुको पवित्र तीर्थस्थल मुक्तिनाथको मन्दिर भत्कने खतरामा पुगेको छ । मन्दिर परिसरभित्रको भूमिगत जलप्रवाहलाई उचित व्यवस्थापन गर्न नसक्दा मन्दिर भत्कने खतरा बढदै गएको हो ।

मन्दिर भत्कने अवस्थामा पुगेपछि भूमिगत जलप्रवाहलाई निकास दिन नाला निर्माणका लागि आएको बजेटबाट काम समेत नहुदा मन्दिर अझ खतरामा परेको छ । बेला बेलामा नेता देखि राजदुत सम्मले मन्दिरको दर्शन गरेपनि मन्दिरको संरक्षणमा कसैले ध्यान नदिएको मन्दिरमा लामो समय देखि बस्दैआएका टेक बहादुर खत्रि बताउनु हुन्छ ।

मन्दिर ढल्कदै गएपछि भूमिगत पानीलाई नाला बनाई निकास दिने कार्यका लागि बजेत आएको थियो । जिल्ला विकास समितिले २२ लाख रुपियाँको लागतमा निमार्ण गरिएको दुईवटा कुण्डका लागि उठाएको पर्खाल ठाउँ ठाउँमा चिरिएको छ । कुण्ड नजिकै आदा फिट जमिनमुनि तल दबेको छ ।

भूमिगत जलप्रवाहकै कारण मन्दिरको पछाडिपट्टिको दुईवटा काठका खम्बाबाट गाह्रोले छोड्दै गएको छ । पछाडिपट्टिको मन्दिरसँग जोडिएको पेटी पनि केही तल दबेको छ । मन्दिर भित्र पनि गाह्रोको भाग चर्किएको छ भने मन्दिर पनि पश्चिमपट्टि थोरै ढल्किएको छ । मन्दिरको भित्रीभागमा चर्किएको लामो समय भइसक्यो । संरक्षणप्रति चासो नदेखाइए भत्कने सम्भावना उत्तिकै छ ।

नाला निर्माणको लागि पुरातत्व विभागले जिविस मुस्ताङलाई १० लाख रुपियाँ आर्थिक सहयोग उपलब्ध गराए पनि बजेट खर्च हुन सकेन । मन्दिरवरिपरि जताततै भूमिगत जलप्रवाह रहेको छ । दुई मिटरसम्म जलप्रवाह रहेको अध्ययनले देखाएको छ । मन्दिरको पछाडि १०८ गौमुखी धाराहरु छन् । धारामा नुहाएर मन्दिरमा पुजा आर्चना गरे पुण्य कमाइने किम्बदन्ती छ ।

मुक्तिनाथ मन्दिर वि.स. १८७१ मा बनेको बताइन्छ । करिब १३ हजार फिट उचाइको यहाँ भगवान् विष्णु शिलारुप शालिग्राममा विराजमान छन् । मुक्तिनाथ मन्दिरमा रामनवमी, चैत्राष्टमी, ऋषितर्पणी, बडादसैँजस्ता चाडपर्वहरुमा भक्तजनको ठुलो भीड लाग्ने गर्छ ।

अक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालयको एक अध्ययनले जब हामी हलुको रूपमा मुस्कुराउनुको सट्टा खुलेर हाँस्छौं भने यसले हुने शारीरिक क्रियाले मस्तिष्कमा ‘इन्डोरफिस’को श्राव हुन्छ । मस्तिष्कमा बन्ने यो जटिल रसायन कारण दुखाइ नियन्त्रण हुनुको साथै राम्रो अनुभूति हुन्छ । अध्ययनअनुसार अर्कासँग मात्र १५ मिनेटको कमेडी दुखाइलाई निदान गर्ने क्षमतालाई १० प्रतिशत बढाउँछ ।

अरूसँग खुलेर हाँस्दा इन्डोरफिनको श्राव हुन्छ । अनुसन्धानले नम्रता-पूर्वक हाँसो आँखासम्म पुग्दैन तर खुलेर हाँस्दा आँखा खुम्चिन्छन् ।

My mother has given me emotional support since day one. My mother always trusted me due to the fact she has thought me right from wrong. She has encouraged me to do my best at everything I do and to never give up that by me giving up will show that I’m not strong enough or smart enough and my mother has always told me that I could do anything I put my head into it. She is also the best person to me when I’m down she shows me so much love that it brightens up my day no matter how cloudy it has been my mother is real understanding on gives me the best advice I can get that’s why I think my mother has given me the best emotional support I can receive. My mother has also been the best role model for me. She has thought me not to worry about what others think or say about me, as long as I’m doing the right thing. She has shown me that being humble and warm hearted could win more love then being filled with superficial materials. She also teaches me to stand up for what I believe in no matter what the case is. She has though me that no mountain is high enough. Those are a few reasons why she is an excellent role model in my life……………………………………

My mother has always provided a roof over me and my sister’s shoulder she has given us a warm place to sleep and has provided us with everything we need to succeed in our school and daily life she has made sure that we have a warm plate of food for those long days of school. I really appreciate everything my mother has done for our family to be able to live our life peace-fully and motivated for the next day.

These are some of the reasons of how my mother has impacted my life and I also said that she has made an impact in society because my mother has also taught me that one person in the future. By being a veterinarian it will give other the hope and desire by saying it I can do it so can you. All at this has come from one special person who has given me love and support since the day I was born.

My mother is an assiduous and determined woman who has left me with the right direction of my road, more importantly; she has helped me appreciate this life as precious gifts of ordinary life and true happiness by her kindly spirit.

I can never thank my mother enough for what she has given me. The precious lessons from my mother are the luggage for me to go on my road and discover new horizon of knowledge and make my dream become a reality instead of just a dream. I own my strength to my mother. Her life experience has made me more vigorous to face every hardship, to overcome each failure, and move on. Far more meaningfully, I also realize the invaluable gift of life and true happiness to view the world more optimistically and to believe in the brighter future.

Unfortunately, 12th July 2011 A.D. (28th Sarwan 2068 B.S.). I lost my mother from in this world. I missing my mother a lot and loving my mother until end of my breath. Please mother keep on judge to us wherever you are.

काठमाडौ, अषाढ २७ - नेपाल आयल निगमले डिजेल र मटितेलमा प्रतिलिटर ५ रुपैयाँ मूल्य बढाएको छ । निगमले आइतबारदेखि लागू हुने गरी मूल्य बढाएको हो ।

उक्त वृद्धिसँगै काठमाडौंका उपभोक्ताले डिजेल र मटितेल खरिद गर्दा प्रतिलिटर ७३ रुपैयाँ ५० पैसा तिर्नुपर्ने छ । यसअघि काठमाडौंमा डिजेल र मटितेलको खुद्रा मूल्य प्रतिलिटर ६८ रुपैयाँ ५० पैसा थियो । मूल्य वृद्धिपछि निगमको मासिक घाटा करिब ३० करोड रुपैयाँले घटेको छ ।

निगमको मासिक घाटा १ अर्ब ४ करोड रुपैयाँ थियो । ‘मूल्य वृद्धिपछि निगमको मासिक घाटा ७३ करोड ९० लाख रुपैयाँमा झरेको छ,’ निगम प्रवक्ता मुकुन्दप्रसाद ढुंगेलले भने ।

भारत सरकारले पेट्रोलियम पदार्थमा मूल्य बढाएको करिब २ साता पछाडि मूल्य वृद्धि गरेको हो । अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारमा कच्चा तेलको मूल्यमा भारी वृद्धि भएपछि घाटा धान्न भारतले असार १० मा डिजेल प्रतिलिटर ३ भारु -४ रुपैयाँ ८० पैसा), खाना पकाउने ग्यासमा प्रतिसिलिन्डर ५० भारु -८० रुपैयाँ) र मटितेलमा प्रतिलिटर २ भारु -३ रुपैयाँ २० पैसा) मूल्य वृद्धि गरेको थियो ।

लागत महँगो परे पनि सस्तोमा बेच्नु परेका कारण घाटा बेहोरिरहेको निगमले पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको सहज आपूर्तिका लागि सरकारसँग डेढ महिना अगाडि मासिक १ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ मागेको थियो । सरकारबाट पैसा नपाएपछि मूल्य बढाएको हो ।

‘मूल्य सस्तो भएका कारण नेपाल भित्रिएका पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ कालोबजारी भई पुनः भारत जाने -आउटपmलो) जोखिम बढेपछि हामी डिजेल र मटितेलको मूल्य वृद्धि गर्न बाध्य भएका हौं,’ वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्रालयका प्रवक्ता गणेशप्रसाद ढकालले भने, ‘निगम घाटा घटाउन, आउटपmलो रोक्न र उपभोक्तालाई सहज आपूर्तिको वातावरण तयार गर्न तत्कालका लागि मूल्य वृद्धिभन्दा अर्को भरपर्दो विकल्प देखिएन ।’

भारतमा भन्दा नेपालाम सस्तो हुँदा पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ कालोबजारी भई भारत जाने गरेको छ । प्रवक्ता ढकालका अनुसार त्यस्तो कालोबजारी रोक्न सरकारले पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको मूल्य भारतीय बजार बराबर बनाउने नीति लिएको छ ।
